NIRD&PR is country’s apex organization for training and research on rural
development. Institute broadly follows UGC pay scales for academic positions. NIRD&PR invites applications in prescribed format for the following faculty posts on direct recruitment  :

1. Assistant Professors : 06 posts (UR-3, OBC-1, SC-1, ST-1), Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 6000
2. Associate Professors : 06 posts (UR-3, OBC-2, SC-1), Pay Scale : Rs. 37400-67000 grade pay Rs. 9000
