Structural Engineering Research Centre (SERC), Chennai, is a premier National Laboratory under the CSIR. The Centre invites Online applications from highly qualified and motivated candidates for taking up R&D activities and also for providing engineering services to solve the problems of the industry and the society besides participating in the development of laboratory facilities for the following posts of Scientists in Structural Engineering in SERC :

Scientist vacancy :

• Scientist / Sr. Scientist  : 11 posts (UR-6, OBC-3, SC-1, ST-1), Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 6600 / Rs. 7600
• Sr. Scientist  (Lateral Entry) : 04 posts (UR-4), Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 7600
• Principal Scientist / Sr. Principal Scientist  : 03 posts (UR-3), Pay Scale : PB-4 Rs. 37400 - 67000 Grade Pay Rs. 8700 / Rs. 8900/-
