• in Radiology, Anaesthesiology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiological Physics and Blood Bank & Transfusiology 
• Professor in Pay scale Rs.37400-67000 grade pay Rs.10000
• Additional Professor in Pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 grade pay Rs.8900
• Associate Professor in Pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 grade pay Rs.8700
• Assistant Professor in pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.6600
• Associate Professor in Dentistry Pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 grade pay Rs.8700
• Lecturer in Cytogenetic in pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400
